status should be checked through the office at which the purchase
order was placed. Please have your PO number ready. Returns are
processed in the same manner.
To return product for repair:

return product for repair, contact your local Customer Service
office listed in Contact Sales, or complete an RMA
Request Form to receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA)
number. Returned product cannot be received without a Return Material
Authorization number clearly written on outside of package. Please
read and understand our RMA
Policy before returning any product to ensure proper and efficient
processing.
